Land Rover Defender Puma Gearbox MT82 2.2/2.4 TDCi Diesel engine.
This MT82 gearbox is a 6 speed from an end-of-the-line 2016 Land Rover Defender. These gearboxes were as standard in 2.2 and 2.4 TDCi vehicles. Also suitable for use in other applications of the same engine such as in Transit vans, this is the go-to gearbox for these engines.
This gearbox has delivery miles only <100 miles and was removed directly from the factory for a V8 installation at a specialist. We’ve stored it here since then in a crate. We specialise in ‘new-take-off’ parts which represent a significant saving over ‘new’ parts while retaining their condition and service life. All parts are very minimal mileage and have usually only been driven on to transport at the manufacturer, then off the transport at a modifier/specialist vehicle converter before being removed.
We have no engines left now (as seen in some photos) unfortunately.
The sale from us is outright, collected from our warehouse. Weigh in your old gearbox or keep it as a paperweight.
This item is bulky and will be expensive to ship. We advise you contact a specialist courier and arrange your own collection and delivery, something that happens here often. We have forklifts and facilities for loading although this gearbox can be comfortably lifted by two strong adults. That said, we very highly suggest in-person collection if you are in the UK.
